queeniequiltsuk: I Love sewing, fabric and anything to do with textiles. Especially if it is old and Vintage. Previously this love of vintage was mainly in the form of Fashion! I Love projects and setting up business's too, so worked really hard setting up and running my own Vintage Boutique in Norwich for a good few years. Since then i have been envolved in running monthly clothing fairs, as well as free lance styling on shoots and films. In the last few years I was living and studying in Kinsale, Ireland. Training how to pattern cut, as well as learning more experimental textile processes and techniques. Since Returning to the Uk and discovering that we were expecting our first baby, I have locked myself away in my studio at home and have been making all sorts of things. Slightly surprised that I have moved away from fashion and clothes to making more home-wears and textiles, and childrens toys. Even swapping the usual bought fashion magazines for craft and interiors! My dream is to continue to sew and make things, growing a business that can be run from home, to one day opening another shop selling hand-made goodies, as well as the much loved vintage pieces.
